In searching of the common past

   On 29 September this year Dve Mogili Municipality signed a contract under the "Cross-Border Cooperation” Programme with the Executive Office of cross-border cooperation in Kalarash Municipality on the Project "Organization of historical re-enactments by the students from the cross-border municipalities Dve Mogili and Kalarash and presenting performances to the public. The project will cost EUR 226,000. 

     For the fourth time consecutively at the end of the calendar year in all settlements of Dve Mogili Municipality there are organized reception halls where the citizens can meet with the Mayor of Dve Mogili Municipality, to ask him specific questions and to look for explanation about undertaken, but not completed engagements. Reception days continue with a report from the mayor of the settlement, a report from the mayor of the municipality and finish with a concert for the people living in the village. Experience from previous years shows that these events are a peculiar sociological survey of voter’s confidence, as well as time adjustment for the deputies, who hold power.

The Mayor of Dve Mogili Municipality notifies the citizens of Karan Varbovka  that on 16 October 2010 there will be held a partial election for mayoralty of Karan Varbovka as by law enacted Decree №193/19.07.2010 issued by the President of the Republic of Bulgaria.

     On 24 September this year with final press conference was finalized the Project " Independent and decent living of adults and children with different types of disabilities and elderly people living alone from Dve Mogili Municipality" by providing the social services "Social Assistant" and "Domestic Assistant" under “Human Resources Development” Operational Programme, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund, a scheme that grants "Care in family environment for independent and decent living of people with different types of disabilities and people living alone – activities “Social Assistant” and “Domestic Assistant"” – 2nd Phase.
